Jerk Chicken Pizza

Dark and white meat chicken tossed in our homemade jerk spice blend. We start with an olive oil/garlic base, mozzarella, green and red peppers, onions, and dotted with a few jalapenos and pineapple pieces. Drizzled with a pineapple compote.
