They are freshly made this week and vacuum packed so they keep longer in the fridge. Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to between 425F to 475F Put pizza on a tray straight from frozen or fridge. Cooking time will vary: From Frozen 7-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like it. From Fridge 5-7 minutes
